When you think nothing else could go wrong…you better get ready!!!  This is when the worst of worst is bound to happen to you.  Trust me, because I know from experience!!!

The other day, I woke up late and had to get three unhappy boys ready for school fast.  As a result, I had take all three of them to their respected schools.  By the way, I am not sure why children still do not attend the same school like they use to in all the old, ‘Little House on the Prairie,’ episodes, which I never have time to watch anymore, but that is another story.

Anyway, I make three stops to take the three men in my life to the same place.  I am not sure, but to me that does not even make any sense, but then again to someone I am sure it does since they made it that way.  Okay, back to my story now…

As I leave my oldest running into his school, which I am still not sure if he is this to get away from me or he is just that excited to get to his first class, I finally begin to think about my morning coffee in which I have not had yet.  I pull into one of those convenient drive-thrus, but this one was not that convenient at all.  In fact, I ended up spending thirty minutes just for one cup of coffee. 

Since, I had to wait so long they were the reason I got so hungry and ruined my diet, which I had been working so hard on for such a long time.  Oh well, I guess instead of starting it today, I will just have to try tomorrow morning instead.  Well, after I had ruined my diet and ate three jelly biscuits with my extra large coffee, I continued on my way to run my weekly errands. 

I knew this afternoon would be pretty peaceful around the house since my oldest boys would be riding the bus home.  Thank god for public transportation!

I finished my last errand for the afternoon, which was getting groceries and I was off once again to one of the schools to pick up my youngest son at school.  Is it me or do they just not spend enough time at that place?  Where had my personal time gone?

Anyway, I pick up my little man up at school and off we go.  Just me and my little man and my groceries in the back seat of my truck, which he is now browsing through as if they were some sort of bargain bins. 

Finally, I hear a loud crunch and I know he has located his favorite chips.  At this point I have to smile, because his other brothers were the same way and it is so typical of him to do the same thing as them.

We stop at the gas station to get some gas for my truck when I notice my truck is running on hot.  I automatically turn the heater on full blast.  It sort of scares me since my little one is with me and the groceries are in the truck as well.  However, since I am less than a mile away from my house I decide to hurry and get my truck home so I can get the groceries out of the hot sun. 

As I make the final turn onto my street, I suddenly feel my truck lunge forward, then it dies.  Instantly, I put it into neutral and begin coasting down the hill to my house. 

My driveway is kind of hard to maneuver with all its curves so when I come to my perfectly groomed yard, so I coast right down through the middle of it.  My son in the back seat of my truck is yelling, “Whoo Hoo!!! Go Mom!”  At this point, I am not sure what planet he is from at the moment, but I just let him go on with his cheering…

As I pull into my driveway and turn off my truck, steam starts billowing up from underneath the hood of my truck.  I know I would go out right now and purchase a new truck but it is hard to buy a car with bad credit such as mine.

By this time Greg was really mad.  I saw him pointing at his tires and yelling, but I could not make out the words.  Oh, but I could just imagine what that boy was saying because he always did have a mouth on him.  The next thing I knew, Joey was holding his hand over his nose and running back into his house like he use to do when Greg would beat him up as a child.  I could not help but laugh at the sight of him running like a little kid.

Now, Mark was a lot smarter than Joey and just walked off real quietly.  I sat there thinking for a while…if I could buy a car with bad credit, then I would steal Greg’s Ford Explorer and drive through all their yards.
