Morning Show Featuring Organic Baby Products

In the mornings, while I work around the house to complete chores such as clothes, dinner prep, dusting and mopping etc. I keep the TV on and glance at it as I pass by.  Sometimes there’s something interesting that I like to watch.  That’s when I take a break from chores and enjoy the show.  It makes it easier to get back to work when I know I can take another TV break soon.

The other day, as I was hastily working down my to do list for the day, I heard them talking about latest organic baby clothes and gear on TV.  It immediately caught my interest because my son’s wife is expecting so these days I’m quite alert when it comes to baby goods.  This will be the first grandchild for me and my husband so we are extremely excited.  I took a break from cleaning and took my favorite place on the couch to enjoy the show.  Surprisingly, the majority of products they were showing were of the organic, natural or fair trade kind.  I realize that these type of products are in fashion now more than ever and new mothers definitely know more about the materials that should be used in their baby’s clothes, foods or toys.  It was inevitable that more manufacturers would pay attention to what mommies want and start making environmentally products for their babies, such as organic onesies, recycled wood toys etc.  It is also possible that the manufacturers were already making these and they created the buzz via advertising to push these products down to consumers.  Doesn’t really matter.  Bottom line is, these are good for the environment and the little baby.   I intend to give my full support and purchase some organic cotton baby clothes for my future grandson.

In summary, this segment I have watched was all about organic cotton baby clothes, bpa free bottles to keep baby’s beverage chemical-free, fair trade bed linen all handmade by a women’s cooperative in Pakistan and several organic baby foods brands from companies owned by women.
